On July 30th, Orphan World Relief hosted an Outdoor Movie Night for families interested in learning more about adoption!
We whole-heartedly believe in the beauty of adoption and encourage all who have the means and desire to pursue it.
During this event, we showcased Disney’s “Meet the Robinson’s”, a movie about a young orphaned boy who travels to the future. We wouldn’t have been able to show this movie without the help of Veritas Church, who donated their equipment for the night.
As we waited for the sun to go down, we were able to run a fun raffle for the kids as well as sell some snacks, popcorn and drinks. All proceeds go to Orphan World Relief’s mission of helping children around the world.
Thank you to Linworth Road Church for allowing us to use their green space to host the event, and thank you to our volunteers for donating their time too! We are grateful for all of our supporters.
