The Rescue Shelter at Jeremiah’s Hope has had a busy month as their Rescue Shelter staff have tried to care for several kids with medical needs. First, Yarik was hospitalized twice, once in Ivankiv and a second time for ten days in the Kyiv Regional Children’s Hospital, for stomach issues. Due to a poor diet during his early years of life, Yarik’s stomach has significant erosion and doctors have been treating him and trying to help heal the lining of his stomach. It has been a rough and painful month for Yarik, but he is on the mend and now home at our Rescue Shelter.
